I just registered my blog with Technorati yesterday; I used the "quick confirmation" (I hope it wasn't a mistake using my password, but I only allowed the site to use it once).
Your blog is running WordPress so it's easiest to do the "quick confirmation". This blog (MyKidney.com) runs on Drupal and it's easier to do the test post :)
